At Beauty Outlet, your satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to provide a seamless shopping experience and have outlined our return, replacement, and refund policies below. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return, replacement, or refund, the following conditions must be met:

1.1 Incorrect or Defective Products

  • If you receive an incorrect item (wrong product, size, or shade) or a damaged/defective item, you are eligible for a return or replacement.
  • Claims must be filed within 48 hours of delivery. Late claims will not be accepted.

1.2 Return Timeline

  • The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund or replacement.

1.3 Product Condition

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition (sealed, undamaged, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact).
  • Video Proof Required: To verify damage or missing items, an unboxing video must be recorded. Claims without video proof cannot be processed.

  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  • Once your claim is approved, you will receive our warehouse address for return shipping.
  • Return shipping is FREE for defective or incorrectly delivered products.
  • For all other return cases, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Step 3: Quality Inspection & Approval

  • Our team will inspect the returned item upon arrival.
  • Once approved, the refund or replacement will be processed within 5-7 business days.

3. Refunds & Replacements

3.1 Refund Options

  • For defective or incorrectly delivered products: Customers can choose between a cash refund, store credit, or product replacement.
  • For “Change of Mind” cases: Store credit will be issued, minus a 10% restocking fee.

3.2 Replacements

  • The same product and shade will be provided (if available).
  • If the replacement item is out of stock, a refund or store credit will be issued.

4. Exceptions (Non-Returnable Items)

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
Used, damaged, or altered products.
Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery.
Returns sent beyond 7 days of delivery.
Items returned without original packaging and accessories.
Products purchased on final sale or special promotions.

5. Shipping Guidelines

Delivery Time: 3–7 business days nationwide. Urgent deliveries are available at an extra charge.
Order Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via SMS once your order is dispatched.
