Returns & Replacement Policy
At BeautyOutlet.pk, we prioritize customer satisfaction and transparency. However, to prevent misuse and ensure a smooth process, the following conditions apply to all return and replacement requests:
Eligibility for Returns & Replacements
- Applicable only if the product received is wrong, damaged, or incomplete.
- Claims must be raised within 24 hours of delivery. Claims raised after this period will not be entertained.
- Products must be in their original condition: unused, sealed, undamaged, with intact stickers/tags and original packaging.
- Refund processing time is 7 days after we receive product with proper Proof
Important Guidelines
- A video recording of the unboxing is mandatory to claim for missing or damaged items. Claims without unboxing proof will not be accepted.
- Replacements are only provided after the returned product is received and evaluated by our Quality Assurance Team.
- The return parcel must reach us within 7 days of delivery for the claim to remain valid.
- We do not offer cash refunds. Replacements or store credit will be issued.
Packaging Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for ensuring the returned item is properly packed to prevent damage during transit. BeautyOutlet.pk is not liable for items damaged or lost during return shipping.
Exchange Policy
- Replacements will be for the same product and shade only.
- Change of mind, shade, or product is not accepted as a reason for return.
- Any exceptions may be considered at the sole discretion of our Customer Service Team, based on detailed reasoning.
Giveaway Promotions & Free Gifts
- Giveaway and free gift campaigns are based on customer engagement and order value.
- Free gifts are only sent to customers who meet the criteria mentioned in the promotion (such as time, date, or minimum order value).
