Here’s how to use the Gua Sha tools:

• Hold the Gua Sha tools at a 45-degree angle to the skin.
• Start at the bottom of your ear, stroke your neck, then move down to your shoulder.
• Stroke from the center of your forehead outward, then to your hairline.
• Stroke from the side of your nose to your temple and up to your hairline to lift your eyebrows.
• Use the narrow tip and stroke from the beginning of your eyebrow down to the tip of your nose along the side of your nose. Move the hair slightly as you approach the forehead.
• Start at the side of your mouth and move up and under your cheekbone towards your ear.
• Start in the middle of your chin and stroke along your jawline towards your earlobe.
• Use the small tip and run it over your jawbone.
• Repeat each move 5-10 times.
